I’m Eric Angelo, a digital artist, an enthusiastic Vlogger, and a passionate travel content creator. Travel biking is my jam, and I absolutely relish diving into different cultures, making new pals, safeguarding our environment, showcasing local craftsmanship, and most importantly, igniting the artistic spark in kids through my art teachings.

Basic Information
I am an independent cartoonist located in Philippines. My journey into the professional realm began in 2008, when I made the pivotal decision to embark on a freelance path, marking a significant milestone as I secured my first paying client.
My Mission
I really believe that giving good service is just as important, or maybe even more important, than the actual artwork. I want every client to feel super special, no matter how big or small the job is. Being honest, trustworthy, and reliable matters a lot to me. I always try my best to provide the best service possible. Sometimes, my clients even become my friends over time.
My Growth
I am always driven to enhance my artistic abilities in every aspect. Additionally, I consistently engage in attending business seminars and conferences to elevate and refine my entrepreneurial acumen.
My Tools
I use a Wacom and iPad to create my artwork. I’m skilled at sketching by the traditional method of pencil and paper.
Software I use includes Procreate, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I’m also animator, painter, and practically anything into visual arts! The world is my canvas!
My Work
I firmly believe that happy memories are the foundation of a joyful life, and in my artistic journey, I have discovered that cartoons and caricatures possess a remarkable ability to immortalize those moments, infusing them with an enduring charm that sparks smiles for years to come. I Love What I Do – Digital Arts, Making People Happy and Travel!
With over thousand of cartoons he has drawn, Eric Angelo Aquino is well known in the freelancing community as Erictoons.
Ever since he was a child, he was very fond of watching animes like Voltes V, Daimos, Dragon Ball Z, Ghost Fighter and many more. That’s why he focused on drawing cartoons and persevered to learn how to make his own kind of art.
At a very young age, Erictoons became aware of their poor status so he made a living by selling pandesal using a bike so he can buy himself shoes and clothes because he knew his parents couldn’t afford them.
He has a degree of Bachelor of Arts major in Political Science on March 2006. After graduating, he went to Manila to find work as sales clerk in SM department store, then he saw paintings in Glorieta mall, that was the time his passion in art came back, he became an assistant portrait artist in Glorieta mall led by His master Lawrence Tatad from bicol. he joined art groups, learn from the masters and join art exbhibits. He continued his art as an assistant freelance artist even he is not making a lot of money. That’s where he started his journey with arts.
In 2008, he trained in Toon City Animation Inc. under his teacher Scott Petersen a director of Little Mermaid the Movie 3 animation. Toon City Animation studio is a sub contractor based in the philippines. They are the people who made some international animations shows like Disney, Warner Brothers and Universal Studios.
Eric learned how to draw in digital and became a book illustrator in C&E Publishing 2010, from 2012 – 2015 in Trinitas Publishing. He mastered doing logos, layouts, and digital paintings. In 2015, he resigned from the corporae world and made his own brand, Erictoons.
He became proficient in cartooning and digital art. He worked online as a character designer and cartoonist under the Canadian company called Vectortoons.com for 6 years, With the help of social media, he gained famous clients from TV personalities and freelancing influencers. Like Glenda of Brilliant Skin, Mike De Mesa, John Pagulayan of TFMT, Ryan Eigenman and Geoff Eigenman. He also created arts for Senator Grace Poe, former Senator Juan Ponce Enrile, and the President of the Republic of the Philippines, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. He also made numerous project under Vice Gov. Luis Ryan Singson.
He is currently working under a Canadian company named Brad Gosse, making a comedy storybooks and made his storybook a best seller in amazon. He has a Charity work called Arte Daliasat, teaching Basic art Workshops and giving art materials to kids. He climbed to Madarang Salcedo last novermber 2022 to teach basic drawing over 30 children and his targets are upland barangays and communities. He is now Enjoying his career as a painter, cartoonist, pet caricaturist, t-shirt designer, digital artist, vlogger and travel adventurer to promote the Beauty of the Province of Ilocos Sur.
